Origen is a modern restaurant group with three distinct locations: Gilbert, Downtown Phoenix, and Mérida, Mexico.
The Gilbert location is a steakhouse and Mexican fine dining restaurant, serving mesquite-fired prime steaks, tacos, seafood, and handcrafted cocktails. The Downtown Phoenix location is a Mexican fine dining concept focused on elevated cuisine, seafood, tacos, and signature cocktails, with an opening coming soon.
Our Mérida location in Yucatán, Mexico brings a bold fire-driven dining experience rooted in local flavors and contemporary Mexican cuisine, offering guests an energetic, late-night dining atmosphere in one of Mexico’s most vibrant culinary cities.

• Oversight of brand execution across both Gilbert and Downtown Phoenix locations
