Origen started the way the best things do — with friends, fire, and food that made everyone stay a little longer. More than twenty years later, that same passion lives on in every dish served at our Gilbert location (steakhouse and Mexican fine dining) and Downtown Phoenix (Mexican fine dining), where mesquite fire and Yucatán-inspired flavors come together in two distinct experiences.

What the Name Means

Origen means beginning — the start of something real. It's a word that holds intention: a reminder that every great meal, every lasting memory, traces back to a single spark.

Before there was a dining room, there was a grill and a circle of friends. Twenty-plus years of culinary craft later, that spirit lives in every dish.
